Co-Founder & Broker
Priya’s journey began in the world of Cosmetic Engineering—an offshoot of Chemical Engineering that focuses on the manufacturing of topical drugs and cosmetics. She spent her early career formulating perfumes, skincare products, and medicinal creams—blending science and creativity to create things that made people feel confident, beautiful, and cared for.
But while her lab coats and formulations brought her success, her heart was quietly being pulled in another direction—towards homes.
Not just the bricks and mortar—but the textures, colours, warmth, and feeling that make a house a sanctuary.
She had a natural gift: an impeccable eye for design, a deep love for earthy beauty, and an intuitive sense of colour and space. She could walk into any room and instantly imagine how to transform it into a peaceful, welcoming, and inspired space.
So she made a brave decision. She followed her heart and transitioned into the world of real estate—where she could help people not just buy or rent a home, but truly fall in love with where they live.
Since 2011, Priya has worked as a licensed Realtor and Broker, combining her scientific precision with her creative instincts. Her background gives her a rare blend of detail-oriented focus and soulful design insight—a Realtor who understands both the value of property and the emotional experience of home.
She brings warmth, patience, and a designer’s eye to every client she serves—helping them find not just a house, but a space that speaks to who they are.
Co-Founder & Operations Lead
Anand’s journey began as a Civil Engineer, where for over 20 years, he worked on shaping skylines and building communities across India, Thailand, Singapore, and Canada. His work helped bring to life condos, homes, hotels, roads, and bridges—structures that people live in, travel on, and make memories in.
In Canada, Anand served for 15 years at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), gaining invaluable insights into the Canadian housing system, urban development, and the needs of both homeowners and tenants.
But Anand’s love for real estate started long before all of that.
He bought his first property at just 21, driven not by profit, but by a passion for homes, for investment, and for long-term vision. Over the years, this passion grew—and ultimately gave birth to AM PM Properties, where Anand brings his experience, ethics, and engineer’s precision to every home under management.
He believes in doing the right thing—not just when it’s easy, but especially when it’s hard.
Project Manager
Henry is a seasoned Project Manager who has been a trusted part of AM PM Properties for over five years.
With more than 25 years of international experience, he has successfully led large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Vietnam, Australia, and Canada.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Hochiminh City University of Technology, Vietnam.
Throughout his career, Henry has overseen iconic projects such as resorts, factories, and industrial parks, always ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
At AM PM Properties, he combines his global expertise with local insight to drive projects that create lasting value for owners, tenants, and communities.
Maintenance Coordinator
Suchetan joined AM PM Properties in February 2024, bringing over a decade of diverse experience across sales, client services, banking, logistics, and business management.
With dual diplomas in Global Business Management and Hospitality & Tourism from Conestoga College, and an MBA from Punjab Technical University, he blends strong education with real-world expertise.
He is known for his problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to optimize operations while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront.
Suchetan’s leadership and interpersonal strengths make him a valuable bridge between tenants, owners, and vendors.
Humble and dedicated, he approaches every task with a proactive mindset to ensure properties are managed with care and efficiency.

Alfred brings a strong foundation in brand management, digital marketing, and business development to AM PM Properties.
A Marketing Management graduate from De La Salle University, he has led go-to-market strategies, brand campaigns, and eCommerce operations for global brands such as Anker Innovations in the Philippines.
With experience across social media, influencer partnerships, retail expansion, and financial analysis, Alfred blends creativity with data-driven decision making.
He is certified in Digital Marketing Fundamentals and skilled at running campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
At AM PM Properties, Alfred leverages his expertise to strengthen our online presence, engage communities, and build authentic connections with clients.
Office Administrator
Konika brings a unique mix of academic and professional experience to her role, having served as an Assistant Professor in Management at leading colleges in India and earlier as a Customer Service Executive with HDFC Bank.
Her background in teaching and banking has shaped her organizational precision, financial understanding, and people-first approach. At AM PM Properties, Konika ensures daily operations run seamlessly while fostering a welcoming and efficient office environment.
With humility and commitment, she supports both clients and colleagues in achieving success together.
Contract Management
Niyati specializes in lease renewals and contract negotiations, serving as a key link between property owners and tenants at AM PM Properties.
She holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Seneca Polytechnic, with coursework in financial analysis, corporate finance, and advanced accounting.
Her career spans roles in bookkeeping and payroll at Rudalal & Co. in India and customer service at Farm Boy in Toronto, giving her both financial precision and strong client-facing skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, she brings excellent communication and cultural understanding to every negotiation.
With diligence and professionalism, Niyati ensures lease agreements are fair, transparent, and aligned with the best interests of both owners and tenants.
Office Manager
Nidhi brings over two decades of international experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia.
At AM/PM Properties, she leads HR and office operations, ensuring seamless processes, compliance, and a collaborative workplace culture. With expertise in recruitment, administration, and organizational development, she has supported growth across industries including real estate, construction, IT, and healthcare.
Nidhi has successfully managed international projects, guided senior leadership, and implemented systems that drive efficiency and expansion. Her leadership, rooted in accountability, integrity, and teamwork, plays a pivotal role in strengthening both the team and client experience.
Accountant
Shahid is an experienced accounting professional with expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.
As an ACCA professional, he has worked with leading firms including Pyramid Accounting & Consulting Inc. and Baker Tilly International, gaining exposure across diverse industries. At AM/PM Properties, he manages the full accounting cycle covering financial statements, reconciliations, payroll, GST/HST filing, and CRA compliance.
Known for his precision and problem-solving skills, he ensures financial records remain accurate, transparent, and regulatory compliant.
Fluent in English, Pashto, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Shahid builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and trust.
Collections and Utilities Coordinator
Navraj is an accounting professional with expertise in financial reporting, payroll, and utility billing management. At AM/PM Properties, she oversees utility payments, tenant communications, collections, and accurate data entry to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.
She works closely with tenants to resolve billing inquiries, manage balances, and coordinate utility services during move-ins and move-outs. With strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting systems, she ensures timely reporting and accurate record-keeping.
Navraj’s problem-solving skills and collaborative approach help maintain transparency, efficiency, and trust with both tenants and property owners.
