This company is a scam. Please be careful before signing. Read the terms and conditions carefully otherwise they will scam you. Aanand Mishra is rude and doesn’t know how to communicate with the people he’s dealing with.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. They have no idea what the law requires. They have rented to a family that's been forced to live above a drug house. Crack shack. Many people hi in the yard needles and other drug stuff in my yard. The vents send the drug smoke up to my sweet and we have to leave. No one done stairs is leased here. No help for us. Calling police only gets u so far they tell us it's the landlords that need to do something. This have been a problem sence June. I now recorded the last conversation with three staff at this place and reported them to bbb and the alberta tents bord. The last person in this unit told me they two had this probably the management knows all about the drugs, that they took them to court for the bills of 2400 a month. The management charged for the carpets to be replaced they were not. I let the lady in to take photos. They pray on the disabled and the low income . This place is not safe. It could be with help from them but they have no idea what they r doing . The unit is not premented for a second unit. Rude horrible treatment.

Emailed them looking for a 4 month lease and they said that would not be an issue with the property I was looking at. During my viewing I double checked this, and still was told this would not be an issue with applying for the place. After about 10 emails back and forth confirming details, I decided to submit an application. There was an error on their website when submitting my application, and when I emailed asking about it was told the mimimum lease they do is 1 year. Would not recommend renting with this company, after my experience. Wasted hours of my time.
