My relationship with AMPM Properties began in February 2024, and from day one, working directly with Mr. Anand has been excellent. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from our very first interaction.
I signed my initial lease with confidence, and when it came time to renew for a second year, the renovation process went smoothly thanks to his attention and follow-through. I also appreciate that he's always upfront and honest — when certain requests are limited by the unit owner, he communicates that clearly rather than leaving me guessing.
