If we do not rent your property within 21 days, you will not pay the first month’s property management fee after the property is leased. The property must be rent-ready, available for showings, and listed at the market rent recommended by AM PM Properties. The 21-day period begins once the management agreement is signed and the property is ready to be advertised.
