If we do not rent your property within 21 days, you will not pay the first month’s property management fee after the property is leased.
The property must be rent-ready, available for showings, and listed at the market rent recommended by AM PM Properties.
The 21-day period begins once the management agreement is signed and the property is ready to be advertised.

Yes. Our leasing only service costs one month's rent, charged once when the lease is signed, and there is no monthly fee afterwards. You then manage the tenancy yourself. The 21 day leasing guarantee applies to full management only.
