So far I am happy about this company and its employees. Progress in some areas. But over time everything is being looked into. I have been in contact with Alfred most of the time. Karim was so helpful as well. Am/Pm Properties helped me find a place for me and my 4 children. I forgot the gentleman who did the walk through with me, but he was helpful as well. So thank you Am/PM properties.

The entire team has been excellent to work with—professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the process.

Mr. Mishra was very thorough in walking me through the details and the sign-up process, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns. Alfred was my go-to for daily coordination and communication; he was always prompt, detailed, and incredibly reliable, making the process seamless. Nathan handled all the showings and did a fantastic job—friendly, professional, and present at every appointment.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the support I’ve received from the team. They’ve made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, and I would highly recommend AM/PM Property Management to anyone looking for a property manager.
