Yes. A move-in inspection is required by law in Alberta, and we will complete it with you before you take possession of the unit.
Why It Matters: This protects both you and the landlord by creating a written record of the property’s condition at the start of the tenancy. It is also used later during the move-out inspection to determine if any damages beyond normal wear and tear have occurred.

You can request a repair or maintenance service in any of the following ways:

Access Instructions – Tell us if someone will be home or if we can enter with management keys during business hours.
Emergency issues are fixed right away. Other repairs are usually done within a few days.
Things like no heat in winter, flooding, gas leaks, or unsafe conditions are emergencies.
The landlord pays for normal repairs. If damage is caused by a tenant, the tenant may be charged.
No. All repairs must be arranged through our office to ensure quality, safety, and proper record-keeping.
Approval Required: Only repairs pre-approved in writing by AM PM Properties Management will be eligible for reimbursement.
Not always. You have two options:
Give Permission to Enter: If you cannot be home, you can give AM PM Properties written permission to enter your unit using management keys. We will coordinate the repair and notify you once it is completed.
