The southwest, or SW Calgary as most people search for it, is the smallest part of our portfolio and the widest in price. It reaches from the mature inner city streets of Altadore and Glamorgan, where a one bedroom lower suite can still be found under a thousand dollars a month, out to Aspen Woods and West Springs, where a four bedroom executive home rents for several times that. There is no single southwest rental market, and we have not tried to describe it as one.
Our southwest listings span from a compact inner city basement suite to a four bedroom, four bathroom home in Aspen Woods. If you have a firm budget, the southwest is the part of the city where telling us the number first saves the most time.
Altadore, Glamorgan, Glendale and the streets around them were built decades ago, and it shows in the lot sizes and the tree canopy. Homes here tend to be renovated rather than new, which suits some renters exactly and not others.
The southwest is the side of Calgary that faces the mountains. Sarcee Trail and Stoney Trail connect to the Trans Canada, and for anyone who spends weekends west of the city that is a genuine reason to live on this side of it.

Every home is handled by our own team, utilities are stated as a percentage on the listing rather than buried, and the lease says the same thing the advertisement said.

Applications are online. We review credit, employment and previous rental references. Tell us your move in date up front, because availability is what usually decides between two good applications.
The deposit is one month's rent and the lease is normally twelve months. The lease states the same rent and the same utility split that the advertisement did.
