Excellent experience with AMPM Properties
My relationship with AMPM Properties began in February 2024, and from day one, working directly with Mr. Anand has been excellent. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from our very first interaction.
I signed my initial lease with confidence, and when it came time to renew for a second year, the renovation process went smoothly thanks to his attention and follow-through. I also appreciate that he's always upfront and honest — when certain requests are limited by the unit owner, he communicates that clearly rather than leaving me guessing.
Overall, it's been a genuinely positive, trustworthy relationship over the past year and a half. I'd give Mr. Anand and AMPM Properties a full 10 out of 10, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager who is honest, responsive, and easy to work with.

I had a great experience with AMPM Properties. A repair issue at my property was handled promptly and professionally from start to finish. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

A special shout-out to Alejandro, the Maintenance Coordinator, for his excellent communication throughout the repair. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what needed to be done, when it would be scheduled, and following up to ensure everything was completed properly.
